Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State Department of Athletics held its 9th Annual Red Hawk Open last Monday at the Crestmont Country Club in West Orange.
The event drew more than 100 attendees and raised over $100,000 to support the Red Hawks Athletic Department. Proceeds from the outing will continue to enhance the student-run and produced Red Hawk Sports Network, including live stream production of games. Additionally, the funds raised will support a new Women's Performance Center and help upgrade the Panzer Fitness Center. Athletic Director Rob Chesney, Montclair State President Jonathan Koppell, and Red Hawk Sports Network intern Jack Barteck addressed the dinner crowd, capping off the day.
