Montclair, NJ – The No. 16/21 Montclair State men's soccer team hosts New Jersey City in their New Jersey Athletic Conference opener Friday night.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (5-0-3) tallied a 3-0 win over Penn State-Abington on Tuesday evening. JUSTIN GOLDBERG and IAN CHESNEY added a goal and an assist, while ANTHONY VIOLA netted his first collegiate goal. BORIS DEL VALLE made two saves in goal to earn his fourth clean sheet of the season.

The Red Hawks downed NJCU 3-0 in their last meeting on September 25, 2021. AMER LUKOVIC opened the scoring in the 17th minute off a feed from JANBI KAGHADO. REED KARSEN added a late first-half goal before EVAN CHACON recorded a penalty kick goal with 3:40 left to establish the final margin.
