Montclair, NJ – The No. 6 Montclair State University men's soccer team battles William Paterson University on Wednesday evening.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (12-2-1, 6-0-0 NJAC) fell to No. 18 Amherst 2-1 on Sunday evening. Montclair conceded a pair of first-half goals and trailed 2-0 at the break. AMER LUKOVIC converted a penalty kick in the second period to get within one but could not complete the comeback.

SCOUTING WILLIAM PATERSON
The Pioneers are 5-9-1, including a 1-4-1 record within the NJAC. They have not won since a 2-1 triumph over TCNJ on September 30 but tied No. 14 Kean 1-1 in their last game Friday.

SERIES HISTORY
The matchup between the Red Hawks and Pioneers will be the 67th meeting between the two programs, with Montclair holding a 39-15-12 advantage. The Red Hawks have won nine consecutive games and are unbeaten in 10 versus the Pioneers, outscoring William Paterson 31-10 over the stretch. The Pioneers' last win in the series came on September 19, 2012, and they have not won away from Wayne, NJ, since 2001.

LAST MEETING
