Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State football team released its 10-game slate this morning.
 
The Red Hawks, under first-year Head Coach Mike Palazzo, open the year on September 9 against Centennial Conference opponent Gettysburg. Under the agreement between the New Jersey Athletic Conference and the Centennial Conference, teams will play three game against foes from the opposing conference. Montclair State hosts Franklin & Marshall in their home opener on September 9 before visiting Union College (NY) a week later.
 
NJAC action gets underway with the annual Homecoming Game on September 30 at 6 pm against TCNJ. After a road game versus Kean, Montclair hosts Salisbury University on October 14. Two of the final three games will be at Sprague Field, beginning with a 5 pm showdown against Rowan on October 28. The road games commence on November 4 against Christopher Newport before ending the year with Senior Day against Muhlenberg on November 11.
