The Red Hawks (5-0-1) tied Vassar College 1-1 Saturday night. After falling behind 1-0, Montclair pulled even 1:15 into the second half. IAN CHESNEY sent a long pass into the attacking third, where AMER LUKOVIC corralled the ball. He weaved through several defenders before firing into the far side of the net for the equalizing tally.

SCOUTING ALVERNIA
The Golden Wolves are 2-3-0 on the season but have dropped their last two games. After topping Lancaster Bible 3-2 on September 6, Alvernia fell 4-2 to Elizabethtown and 4-1 to Cortland in their last two contests.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 1-1 against Alvernia, winning 4-0 in 2021 but falling 1-0 in 2022.

LAST MEETING
Montclair fell 1-0 to the Golden Wolves in Reading, Pa., last September. The Red Hawks outshot Alvernia 19-11 but gave up the game-winning tally 1:54 into the second half on a penalty kick.
