The Red Hawks (1-1) suffered their first setback of the season as they fell to the University of Hartford 4-1 Saturday afternoon. MADELINE LESICA opened the scoring midway through the first half, converting a feed from KYLIE PRENDERGAST in the 24th minute. Despite holding the lead at the break, Montclair surrendered four goals in 10:17 in the second half as Hartford pulled away. HALEY MARTIN made six saves in the setback.

SCOUTING NEW PALTZ
The Hawks enter with a 1-1 mark, notching a 2-0 win over Sage on Friday before falling to RPI 2-1 on Sunday. New Paltz tied the game at one in the 82nd minute but surrendered the game-winning tally with 30 seconds left.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks and Hawks have won in the two previous meetings. New Paltz won 2-0 in 1999, with Montclair claiming a 4-0 triumph in 2018.

LAST MEETING
