The Raiders enter Friday's contest looking for their first win of 2024, as they opened the campaign with a narrow 1-0 defeat to Wisconsin-Platteville and a 2-2 draw against Wartburg. They accumulated a 16-2-3 record during the 2023 season, including an undefeated 10-0-2 mark in conference play. After falling in their season opener, the Raiders embarked on a 17-game unbeaten streak to vault themselves into the top spot of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament. They took down Edgewood and St. Norbert in the opening two rounds before falling to Dominican in the Championship Game.
