Pitman, NJ – Announced by the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) office on Wednesday morning, three members of the Montclair State University volleyball team nabbed All-NJAC honors for the 2025 season.
Leading the way for the Red Hawks was
CAMRYN MUUSS, who garnered a First Team selection.
BRYN BAUTISTA was named to the Second Team, while
LUCY CORNELIUS rounded out the trio with an Honorable Mention nod.
Muuss started all 32 matches (111 sets) this season, producing 374 kills (3.37 per set), 247 digs (2.23 per set), 33 service aces, 39 total blocks, and 27 assists. Her 374 kills ranked third in the NJAC and placed her seventh all-time in single-season kills in program history.
Bautista also started all 32 matches (111 sets) and saw a major jump in production from her freshman campaign. She tallied 323 kills (2.91 per set), 337 digs (3.04 per set), 47 service aces, 28 assists, and 19 total blocks. Bautista was the Red Hawks' lone NJAC Player of the Week honoree this fall, earning the award on October 27.
In her debut season, Cornelius stepped in as the team's primary setter and started all 32 matches, appearing in 110 sets. She compiled 1,025 assists, 260 digs, 67 kills, 54 service aces, and 38 total blocks. Cornelius was also a two-time NJAC Rookie of the Week honoree during the year.
Muuss secured her second straight First Team honor to open her Red Hawk career, while Bautista and Cornelius collected their first All-NJAC accolades.
Montclair State tied a program record with 26 victories during its 26-6 campaign, including a program-best 16-1 mark at home. The Red Hawks finished 5-3 in NJAC play and placed fifth in the conference following a 3-1 setback to William Paterson in the NJAC Quarterfinals.
