Six From Women’s Soccer Honored to CSC Academic All-District Team

Montclair, NJ – Announced on Tuesday afternoon by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), six members of the Montclair State University women's soccer team were honored to the CSC Academic All-District Team for the fall season.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Soccer teams, chosen by CSC, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined excellence on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately honors women's soccer standouts across four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

To be eligible for Academic All-District consideration, a student-athlete must have appeared in at least 90% of games or started 66% of them while holding a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Representing the Red Hawks in 2025 are MACKENZIE ALBERT, ISABELL KRONOW, MADELINE LESICA, SHANNON MULLINS, KYLIE PRENDERGAST, and DANIELLE MULLINS.

Albert started 16 of her 20 appearances and carries a 3.76 GPA as a physical education major. A Second Team All-NJAC selection, she recorded eight goals and five assists for 21 points across 1,271 minutes. Albert contributed to the scoresheet in 12 matches this season and tallied a game-winning goal in a 4–0 victory over Rutgers–Newark.

Kronow started all 20 matches while holding a 3.91 GPA as a history and education major. A First Team All-NJAC honoree, she logged 1,226 minutes and posted 19 points on seven goals and five assists. She opened the season with a goal contribution in each of Montclair's first five matches, including assists in four straight. Kronow supplied the game-winning assist against Coast Guard on August 29 and later scored the game-winner against William Paterson on October 15.

Lesica appeared in all 20 games and earned four starts while maintaining a 3.95 GPA. She played 745 minutes and totaled four points on one goal and three assists. Her goal came on the road in a victory over Kean.

SHANNON MULLINS started all 19 of her appearances and holds a 3.74 GPA as an exercise science major. The 2025 NJAC Midfielder of the Year and a First Team All-NJAC selection, Mullins produced 20 points on nine goals and two assists while logging 1,498 minutes. During an eight-game stretch in October, she recorded nine goal contributions, including game-winning goals against Kean and Western Connecticut. She also tallied two assists, one of which came on the deciding goal against William Paterson on October 15.

The NJAC Offensive Player of the Year and First Team All-NJAC standout led the Red Hawks with 33 points on 14 goals and five assists in 1,377 minutes. She closed the regular season with a goal contribution in each of Montclair's final eight matches, scoring the game-winning goal in the last three.
