Pitman, NJ- The Montclair State University Softball team was predicted for a sixth-place finish today according to the 2025 NJAC Preseason poll that was released on Wednesday afternoon.

In 2024, it was Rowan who earned both the NJAC Regular Season Championship and the winners of the NJAC Tournament.
 
The Red Hawks in 2024, finished in seventh place with a 5-13 NJAC record and a 17-21 overall record.
 
Montclair State University will open its 2025 campaign on Thursday, March 6 at Drew. The non-conference doubleheader is slated for 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm games.
