Pitman, NJ- In the final weekly awards of the year from the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC), three Red Hawks finished the year earning NJAC Rookie of the Week accolades for their performances between April 20 and 27.

JORDAN TARABOKIA earned NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week for softball, while track and field nabbed both Rookie of the Week awards with
MARKOS HANTSOULIS and
CALI RAE ONUSKA.

Tarabokia had another strong week for the Red Hawks, posting an ERA of 0.54. In 13 innings, she allowed just one run and struck out six batters. She was spotlighted by a shutout performance on the road at Ramapo on Tuesday, where she tossed six innings of one-hit ball and struck out four in the 8-0 win.

Hantsoulis showed out again for the Red Hawks, this time at the Penn Relays. As the only Division III thrower at the event, he threw 59.18m, which placed eighth in the field.

Onuska had a strong performance for Montclair at the Rick McCorkle Invitational on Friday, down at TCNJ. She placed second in the field in the javelin with a throw of 39.94m. That distance is the fourth-best throw in the NJAC and Metro region so far this season.

Tarabokia nabbed her fourth NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week accolade, which tied a program record with three other former Red Hawks, Dana Amato, Jennifer Jimenez, and Amber Powers.

Hantsoulis earned his third NJAC Rookie of the Week award, the most by any rookie in program history.

Onuska earned her first NJAC weekly award in her career.
