LAST TIME OUT
Montclair went on the road and upended Ramapo by a score of 22-6. The Red Hawks (7-5, 1-1 NJAC) broke the scoring open 51 seconds into the contest, as CHELSEA STACK found KAELEY SEK for the game's opening marker. NORAH MONAGHAN notched back-to-back draw controls, leading to goals on each possession for Montclair. LEXI ROBINSON doubled the advantage with an unassisted tally, and JOELLE D'ANGELO scored off a pass from CARA MCCARTNEY.  Ramapo notched their first goal of the day at the 10:45 mark of the opening stanza, but the Red Hawks countered two minutes later on a shot from AMRA LUKOVIC. The Roadrunners cut the deficit to two again with just under seven minutes on the clock, but the Red Hawks rattled off the final seven goals of the first. Monaghan kicked off the run on the ensuing possession, and Sek scored on another feed from Stack on the next trip up the field. Later on in the frame, McCartney and Robinson each found the back of the net to push the margin to six. Sek tallied another marker as the stanza approached two minutes, and Lukovic netted two more in the waning moments to make the score 11-2 after 15 minutes of play. KYRA MORENA notched a goal in the early stages of the second quarter to push the margin to double-digits, with neither side scoring again until the 90 second mark of the opening half, as Monaghan recorded an unassisted marker. Ramapo scored in the final seconds of the quarter to make the halftime deficit 10 for the home side. The Roadrunners notched the first goal of the second half, but Sek countered on the following possession to push the lead back to double-digits. Monaghan rattled off a pair of goals shortly after, with McCartney scoring two as well to make the score 18-4 at the 4:24 mark of the third quarter. Ramapo notched their fifth goal of the day just before two minutes on the clock, but Robinson answered with 64 seconds remaining to make the margin 14 going into the final quarter. Ramapo rattled off the first two markers of the fourth, cutting the margin to 12 with 9:24 on the clock. After Stack notched a draw control, Morena netted her second of the afternoon on a feed from Stack to end the Ramapo rally. MIA CUCCINELLO found the back of the net five minutes later, and the Roadrunners scored their final goal of the day 40 seconds later. Stack scored in the waning moments of the contest to make the final margin of victory 14 for the Red Hawks.

SCOUTING STOCKTON
This past Saturday, Stockton fell at the hands of Rowan with a score of 14-11. Despite this, the team sits at a 10-3 record thus far in the season and a 1-1 record in the NJAC. In 2024, the Ospreys compiled an impressive 14-3 overall record with a 3-2 NJAC record. They made the NJAC Tournament but fell in the semifinals to Rowan, 13-8. According to the 2025 NJAC Preseason Poll, they are slated to finish third again.

SERIES HISTORY
This will be the 14th time the Red Hawks and Ospreys go head-to-head. Montclair holds the series advantage at 9-4, but Stockton has won the past three seasons.

LAST MEETING
In their last meeting, the previous season on April 12, 2024, Montclair fell just short with an end score of 11-9.

UP NEXT
Montclair State University will travel to Glassboro, NJ, on Wednesday, April 23rd, for a 6 p.m. matchup against the Rowan Profs.
