FROM THE POOL

• "Our women showed incredible grit today, and you can see flashes of special things to come as everyone gets their race legs under them. ABBY PANZARELLA's win in the 100 back, Tess Devone's strong performances in the sprints, and SAMANTHA WASKO's win in the 200 IM were huge highlights that show what we're capable of when we trust our training. We are still in the early stages of adjusting to the season, but the competitive mindset is already there. I'm eager to keep stacking these performances as we build momentum toward the NJAC Championships."
