Montclair, NJ- The Montclair State University Men's Indoor Track & Field Team continues its season as it competes in the NYU DIII Invitational, hosted by New York University on Saturday.

In the previous meet on February 6th, Montclair State University's men's indoor track and field team, Ellis led the Red Hawks on the track with his performance in the 60m, placing atop the field with a time of 6.95 seconds. In the 4x200 relay, the team of
JESSE BAIDOO,
ELIAS HANLEY,
JAHMIR BEAL, and DJ McCarthy placed second, clocking in at 1:34.91. Baidoo notched a top ten finish later in the night, finishing sixth in the 400m at 52.88 seconds. Ellis continued his strong night in the 200m, recording an eighth place finish at 23.53 seconds, with Christopher Scott right behind in ninth at 23.80 seconds. Agyemang led the group in the field events with a first place mark in the long jump at 6.74m. Hanley notched a mark of 6.67m to place third in the event. Montclair put three in the top ten in the shot put, a group led by
BRYAN ALVAREZ, who recorded a mark of 13.56m to finish fifth.
BENJAMIN SIESEL (13.30m) and
JABRI JOSEPH (13.10m) were right behind at sixth and seventh, respectively.
GAVIN CASELLA clocked a time of 4:50.81 in the mile to finish ninth.Inside the results, Ellis notched an AARTFC qualifying time with his performance in the 60m, now ranking second in program history in the event. Siesel (13.06m),
