New Orleans, LA- The Montclair State University men's indoor track and field team saw six of its members receive All-Region honors for their performances this winter season as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). It is the most selections they've had in recent memory.
The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned an All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross-country season.

Below are the events, times/marks, meets, and placements in the region that helped these student-athletes nab All-Region honors.
Agyemang- Long jump, 6.94m (22' 9.5") at the NYU Division III Invitational, eighth in the region
Balbuena- Long jump, 7.16m (23' 6") at the NJAC Championships, fourth in the region
Biffot- Triple jump, 15.11m (49' 7") at the TCNJ Indoor Open, third in the region
Beal- 60-meter dash, 6.88 at the NJAC Championships, fourth in the region
Ellis- 60-meter dash, 6.91 at the Susquehanna Friday Night Showdown, tied for fifth in the region
Hanley- Long jump, 7.04m (23' 1.25") at the NJAC Championships, sixth in the region.
Biffot earns back-to-back All-Region honors, while the rest of the field saw regional recognition for the first time in their careers.
The Red Hawks wrapped up their indoor season and will transition to the outdoor season.
