Mahwah, NJ – MARKOS HANTSOULIS continued his strong start to the 2026 outdoor campaign as the Montclair State University Men's Track & Field team competed at the Ramapo Invitational on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Red Hawks were led by Hantsoulis, who won the javelin throw with a mark of 57.26m. Gabe Dayon tallied a top five finish, recording a mark of 49.28m to finish fourth.
• BRYAN ALVAREZ notched a top five ranking in the shot put, tallying a mark of 13.90m. BENJAMIN SIESEL placed 11th in the event with a mark of 12.39m.

• Hantsoulis has recorded back-to-back top two finishes in the javelin throw to begin the season.
