New Orleans, LA- Announced on Monday evening by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), the Montclair State University Women's Track & Field team was recognized as an All-Academic team for the 2025-26 track season. Additionally, three student-athletes were named to the All-Academic team as well.
The Red Hawks finished the year with a team GPA of 3.45. The Red Hawks were represented on the academic list by
AISHA GARCIA,
CALI RAE ONUSKA, and
KAELYN RODRIGUEZ.
Garcia finished the year with a 3.75 GPA as a psychology major. Aisha had a stellar year in both the indoor and outdoor seasons. Indoors, she finished 11
th in the metro region in the 60-meter dash (7.92) and 35
th in the region in the 200-meter dash (26.64). Outdoors, she ranked tied for sixth in the region in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.31.
Onuska carries a perfect 4.0 GPA as a mathematics major. In her first collegiate season, she finished the season with the fifth-best mark of the season in the metro region with a 39.94m throw in the javelin. Cali Rae was also an NJAC Rookie of the Week honoree this outdoor season.
Rodriguez was vital to the success of the team during both indoor and outdoor seasons, while maintaining a 3.73 GPA as a nursing major. During the indoor season, she helped secure a bronze-medal finish in the 4x200 relay. During the outdoor season, she finished as high as 11
th in the metro region with a distance of 5.30m. She also helped contribute to an All-Region performance and a second-place finish at the NJAC Championship in the 4x100 relay.
