Montclair, NJ – The NCAA released its first of four Regional Rankings Wednesday, and three Montclair State programs were listed. The regional rankings help determine the NCAA tournament field, and this week is the first of three published sets of rankings.

The first published rankings include only the names of the teams currently ranked; next week, the teams will be published in order of actual ranking within the region.

Volleyball, Women's Soccer and men's soccer were in those groupings, each one in their respective and newly designated Region IV.

Men's soccer, currently ranked fifth by the United Soccer Coaches Association and D3soccer.com, is currently 14-1-1 on the year after posting its 10th straight victory on Tuesday evening at RPI, 1-0. Volleyball is 17-7 on the season and riding a school-record 13-match winning streak while women's soccer (10-4) hit double digits for victories on Wednesday after downing Mount St. Mary, 1-0.
