Montclair State (13-5, 12-4 NJAC) locked up the No. 3 seed in next week's NJAC Tournament with a 5-3, 7-3 sweep of William Paterson Tuesday.
ANNALESA DILAURENZIO collected two RBI in the opener while
AMBER REED went 3-for-4 in the nightcap.
ALI CAVALLARO and
KAYLA VOLANTE each earned wins in the circle for the team. The Profs (23-5, 17-1 NJAC) sit on top the NJAC standings after winning a pair of 1-0 decisions over Rutgers-Camden Tuesday. Mariah Wysocki had the walk-off single in the bottom of the eighth of game one before Payton MacNair homered in the fifth for the lone run of game two.
