Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State men's lacrosse team hosts Kean in a CSAC matchup Wednesday evening.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (9-4, 3-1 CSAC) downed Rosemont 29-3 Saturday afternoon. TYLER MCCREERY notched five goals and two assists as MIKE MCCREERY tallied four goals. JAMOND RANDOLPH stopped nine in the second half as ANDREA FIORENZA, and DAVID DRISCOLL combined for 33 faceoff wins and 16 ground balls.

SCOUTING THE COUGARS
Kean is 10-4 on the season and 4-1 in the CSAC. They have won their last three games after dropping a 14-13 heartbreaker to Stockton on April 13. The two sides have also faced off against FDU-Florham and Scranton, with Kean going 2-0 and Montclair going 1-1 versus the common foes.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks are 46-18 all-time against Kean, but the Cougars have won three consecutive matchups. Before the setback on March 12 last season, Montclair State had won the previous 18 contests against their rivals.

LAST MEETING
Last spring, the Cougars came away with a 16-7 victory in the CSAC Semifinals. ROBERT BRENNAN scored three times for Montclair State, as TOM POLLOCK made 17 saves in his first career start.
