Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State baseball team entered the D3baseball.com/NCBWA Top-25 poll Tuesday.

The Red Hawks entered the poll at No. 25, receiving 50 points on the heels of a 4-0 week. They swept a doubleheader against Kean, who sits at No 23, and grabbed a pair of wins against Rutgers-Camden to close out the week. Montclair also split games against Rowan earlier this season, with the Profs moving up to No. 7 this week. The Red Hawks also entered the Collegiate Baseball Poll, sliding in at No. 22.

Montclair State is ranked for the first time since Week 10 in 2012, when they slotted in at No. 25. This afternoon, the Red Hawks open the New Jersey Athletic Conference Tournament as they host The College of New Jersey at 3:30 pm at Yogi Berra Stadium.
