Montclair, NJ – The No. 19 Montclair State University women's soccer team hosts Stockton University in the First Round of the NJAC Tournament on Saturday.

Kick-off at MSU Soccer Park is scheduled for 1 pm. with live stats and video links available on montclairathletics.com. Video can also be found on the Red Hawk Sports Network YouTube Channel.

TICKET INFO
The first 50 Montclair State students with ID will be admitted free of charge. Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for students/senior citizens/children. All ticket sales are CASH ONLY.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (12-2-2, 6-1-2 NJAC) blanked Kean 3-0 to close the regular season on Wednesday. MEAGAN O'CALLAHAN opened the scoring in the 10th minute off an assist from AILEEN CAHILL before SHANNON MULLINS and Cahill added first-half tallies. The Red Hawks outshot Kean 28-3 in the victory.

MONTCLAIR STATE NJAC HISTORY
Montclair State has made 23 appearances in the NJAC Women's Soccer Championship since its inception in 1999. The Red Hawks are 14-15-12, including 8-4 in penalty kicks. MSU has claimed four championships in 2004, 2012, 2014, and 2021
(spring) while reaching the championship game 12 times.

SCOUTING STOCKTON
The Ospreys are 8-3-7 on the year, including a 2-3-4 mark in the NJAC. They opened the year with a 13-game unbeaten streak before falling to then-No. 14 TCNJ on October 11.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 15-20-11 against Stockton. Stockton's last victory in Montclair came on October 13, 2018, as they notched a 3-2 win. The Red Hawks and Ospreys last battled in the postseason on April 10, 2021, as the Red Hawks took down Stockton 1-0 on an AILEEN CAHILL goal.

LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks and Ospreys battled to a 0-0 draw on September 27. Montclair held a commanding 18-4 edge in shots, but Stockton goalkeeper Morgan Keil made seven saves to preserve the deadlock.
