Baseball Unveils 2024 Schedule

Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State University baseball team released its 2024 schedule Wednesday morning.

The Red Hawks open their slate at the newly-renovated Yogi Berra Stadium on February 20 as they host SUNY Maritime. The team heads south to Maryland for three games on February 22-24 when they face Swarthmore, Mount Aloysius, and McDaniel. After returning home to battle St. Joseph's-Long Island, the Red Hawks square off with Franklin & Marshall for a three-game series. Two will be played on March 2 in Lancaster, Pa., before the single contest on March 3 at home.

After a single game versus Stevens on March 6, Montclair heads to California for three matchups against Occidental (March 8-10) and one against Redlands on March 12. The Red Hawks come home for eight of the next nine games, with the lone road affair against in-state rival Drew on March 20. The run of home games features twin-bills against Trinity (March 16) and MIT (March 23), along with single matchups against Stevens (March 17), MIT (March 22), Manhattanville (March 24), and DeSales (March 26).

The Red Hawks begin New Jersey Athletic Conference action with a doubleheader at Ramapo on March 30 before a home-and-home with William Paterson kicks off the regular season's final month. Montclair welcome Rowan to Yogi Berra Stadium on April 6 while visiting Stockton for two on April 13. Four of the next six contests are away, including the final road double dip of the year against Rutgers-Newark. Montclair concludes the regular season on April 27, taking on The College of New Jersey.

The First Round of the NJAC Tournament will be held on April 30 at campus sites before it shifts to Rutgers-Camden on May 3-5.
