LAST TIME OUT

The Red Hawks dropped both ends of a doubleheader to Ramapo on Tuesday. They fell 9-5 in the opener despite a three-run home from STEPHANIE SERETIS and a two-run single from MOLLY COLLIGAN. In the second game, RILEIGH GLYNN had an RBI single, but Montclair was topped 5-1.

SCOUTING TCNJ
The Lions are 16-8 on the year, including a 3-5 mark in the NJAC. They are 3-3 over their last six games, recording NJAC wins over Kean, Stockton, and Rutgers-Camden. TCNJ went 6-1 on their trip to Myrtle Beach, including mercy-rule wins.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks are 49-92-2 against TCNJ and have dropped their last two games. Montclair is only four games under .500 at home, with a 22-26 mark. Their best stretch came from 2012 – 2014, as they notched nine consecutive wins. 

LAST MEETING
Montclair was topped 3-1 and 4-2 on April 22, 2023. JENNA MELUSO had a sacrifice fly, and LIZ MULLEN collected two hits in the opening contest. STEPHANIE SERETIS and AMBER REED tallied back-to-back RBI hits in the third frame of game two, and Reed, Seretis, and ALYSSA BOROZAN all registered two hits in the setback.
