New Orleans, LA - Montclair State University cross country senior ABIGAIL CHURCHILL earned All-Region honors by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Monday afternoon.

Churchill, who set the school 6k record for the fourth time this season with a mark of 21:58.1 to finish sixth at the NCAA Metro Regional Championship. She is the first Red Hawk in program history to record a sub-22 minute 6k time.

Montclair has seen a student-athlete earn All-Region honors in each of the last three seasons, with Churchill becoming the first in the modern era to qualify for the NCAA Championship.

She will travel to participate in the 2025 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 22. The meet in Spartansburg, SC is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM.
