Men's Track & Field Notches Ten Top-Ten Finishes at Coach Pollard Invite

Bethlehem, PA – The Montclair State University men's track and field team was led by a first place finish by HIVEN BIFFOT at the Coach Pollard Invitational on Friday.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Biffot notched a mark of 14.27m in the Triple Jump to claim the event, with JABEZ THOMAS placing fourth at 13.99m. BECK DEENY notched a sixth place mark of 13.42m, and AYODEJI AJAO recorded 13.12m to round out the group at 10th.
BRYAN ALVAREZ placed seventh in the Shot Put with a mark of 13.62m. SHELDON AGYEMANG and Biffot recorded top eight finishes in the Long Jump to round out the group of field events.
On the track, KYESHAUN SYLVESTER clocked a time of 50.18 in the 400m to place ninth. The 4x100 Relay team of ELIAS HANLEY, JAYSON ELLIS, SHELDON AGYEMANG, and MILES ALLEN tallied a 10th place finish of 43.03.

UP NEXT

The Red Hawks will compete in the two-day Lions Invite on Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26, in Ewing, NJ.
