Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Competes on Day One of the AARTFC Championships

Williamstown, Mass. – The Montclair State University Women's Track & Field outdoor track and field team competed on the first day of the AARTFC Regional Championships at Williams College on Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The 4x100 relay team of MICHELLE ITOUA, AISHA GARCIA, MAILE O'NEILL, and MCKAY ALBY saw the highest standing at the event when they were just out of finals contention in ninth place with a time of 48.61.
MCKAY ALBY competed individually in the 100-meter dash and clocked a time of 12.27 which finished 10^th among the field.
JESSICA HOLLER finished her first day in the Heptathlon. She completed the 100-meter hurdles (15.97), high jump (1.44m), shot put (7.24m), and the 200-meter dash (27.59). Holler currently sits in 10^th place.
KENDALL HALL saw an 11^th place finish in the 100-meter hurdles. She put together a time of 15.22.
The 4x400 quartet of NYLA HANNAH, JULIA ACEVEDO, ODALYS GUERRERO-DOMINGUEZ, and KAELYN RODRIGUEZ wrapped up the day with a 4:03.20 time that placed 13^th.
