Montclair, NJ - The Montclair State University Volleyball team released its 30 match 2026 schedule on Tuesday afternoon.

The Red Hawks will kick off the campaign at the Panzer Athletic Center on September 1, hosting Manhattanville before heading to Oneonta, New York for an opening weekend tournament. Montclair will take on the University of Rochester and Paul Smith's College on September 4, and will take on the hosts Oneonta along with Wheaton on September 5. The following weekend, they will travel to New York City for another tournament, facing NYU on September 11 and the University of St. Thomas and Emerson the following day.

After a road clash against John Jay on September 17, Montclair will return home to host a tri-match against Whittier and Franklin & Marshall on September 19. The next week, the Red Hawks will open New Jersey Athletic Conference play against Kean on September 22 before welcoming Nazareth and Misericordia to the Panzer Athletic Center for a tri-match on September 26. They will then rattle off three-straight NJAC contests against New Paltz (September 29), Rutgers-Newark (October 1), and Stockton (October 6).

Montclair will host Brandeis in a nonconference clash on October 9 and will travel for a tri-match the next day against Albertus Magnus and St. Joseph's Long Island. The Panzer Athletic Center will be the site for a NJAC Tournament Quarterfinal rematch against William Paterson on October 13, with the Red Hawks traveling for a tri-match on October 17 against Albright and Lebanon Valley. After a road tilt against Rutgers-Camden on October 20, Montclair will open a four-match homestand, beginning with Senior Day against Hunter on October 24.

The Red Hawks will then welcome Rowan (October 7), the United States Merchant Marine Academy (October 30), and Ramapo (November 3) before closing out the regular season with a tri-match in Hoboken, NJ with contests against Stevens and Union on November 7.

Postseason play will commence the following week, beginning with the NJAC Tournament Quarterfinals on Tuesday, November 10. The Semifinal Round will be held on Thursday, November 12, with the Championship Match taking place on Saturday, November 14.

Montclair matched a program-record with 26 victories during the 2025 campaign while setting a new all-time best of 16 home wins.
