Theresa Towns is named MSU Athlete of the Week for the second time this season after posting two solid games in a tough week in which the Red Hawks lost two games to ranked teams by a combined three points. She scored 16 points and added two assists and three boards in a 62-61 loss to No. 5 William Paterson. Three days later she had 15 points, five rebounds and three steals as MSU closed out the week with a 66-64 loss to No. 23 Kean. Towns is currently third on the team in scoring at 10.4 points per contest and leads the Red Hawks in steals with 29 in addition to shooting 80 percent from the foul line and handing out 36 assists.
