New York, NY (2/07/03) - The Montclair State University Men's Indoor 1,600 Meter Relay Team won their second consecutive victory in their section of the prestigious Millrose Games held at Madison Square Garden on Friday evening.

The quartet of DARRYL LOUIS (Trenton, NJ/Trenton), ALEX TORRES (Irvington, NJ/Roselle Catholic), ED HAMILTON (Trenton, NJ/Ewing) and CHRIS MONACO (Clifton, NJ/Clifton) posted a time of 3:29.34 to win their heat. There were five different sections of the 1,600 meter relay in the meet.

The time posted by Montclair State was the fifth-fastest time among all the teams, including Division I, II and III schools.
