LAST TIME OUT
Montclair State (11-7, 8-6 NJAC) avenged an earlier season setback and topped William Paterson 83-60 Wednesday evening. Rookie MIKE JACKSON erupted for a career-high 28 points as the Red Hawks led 45-27 at the break. The Red Hawks trailed 14-12 before they broke the contest open with a 13-0 spurt in the first half and led by as many as 33 in the second half. IRVING CALLENDER IV was the other lone Red Hawk in double figures, scoring 15 points with nine rebounds.

SCOUTING THE SCARLET RAPTORS 
The Scarlet Raptors are 1-16 on the season, including a 1-13 mark within the NJAC. Their lone win came against New Jersey City University on January 22 when they won 75-70. They fell to Rowan 100-73 Wednesday evening, with Tristan Cornish scoring a team-high 14 points.

 LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks knocked off Rutgers-Camden 75-72 on February 19, 2020. After being outscored 48-34 in the first half, Montclair went on an 18-0 spurt opening the second half to pull in front. Camden had a
pair of chances to force overtime, but IRVING CALLENDER IV snared a rebound with no time left to preserve the win. Jalen Parham scored 17 points, while JOSEPH RADI had 16 points and nine rebounds.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair State is 56-11 all-time against the Scarlet Raptors, including 23 straight from February 1, 1992 – February 12, 2003. Before Camden's win on January 15, 2020, the Red Hawks had won 13 of 14 meetings. The Red Hawks are also 28-5 in games played in the Panzer Athletic Center.
