2022-23 REWIND
The Red Hawks qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 20 years and went 22-6. After suffering their fourth loss of the season to Stockton on February 4, the Red Hawks picked up one of their more impressive wins. After falling behind by as much as 20 in the first half against Ramapo, Montclair State stormed back to force overtime. MIKE JACKSON had 22 of his 27 points in the second half and overtime, as STEVEN BREEMAN had all 25 after halftime in the 85-79 triumph. The team finished the regular season in style, handing top-seeded Rowan University a 104-100 overtime loss behind a double-double of 18 points and 14 boards from Jackson. Montclair secured the No. 3 seed in the New Jersey Athletic Conference Tournament and faced off against sixth-seeded New Jersey City. The Red Hawks outscored the Gothic Knights 53-39 in the second half en route to an 89-69 victory. KEYON PRYCE poured in a career-high 31 points, with MIKE JACKSON adding 21. After hearing their name called during the Selection Show, the Red Hawks were sent to Johns Hopkins University, where they squared off with Hamilton College. The Continentals topped the Red Hawks 84-75, with Montclair being led by 18 points from Pryce and 16 from Jackson.

After going 16-10 and 11-5 in the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom last season, the Warriors started the 2023-24 campaign with a win on Wednesday. Lycoming opened the year with a 67-55 triumph over Lebanon Valley on Wednesday night.
