SCOUTING THE PIONEERS
The Pioneers are 20-10 on the season, including a 7-3 record in the NJAC. After dropping four consecutive games, WPU had reeled off six straight wins before falling to Scranton Tuesday, including a sweep of Rutgers-Newark and Stockton in NJAC play.
 
SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 115-89 against William Paterson but has dropped six of their last 10 contests. The Red Hawks won two of three last season, including a 1-0 walk-off victory on April 22, 2022.
 
LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks fell 20-9 in the NJAC Tournament on May 8, 2022. JOE NORTON went 3-for-4 with three RBI at the top of the lineup as MILES FEASTER, ANTHONY GUARINO, JASON MOORE, and JORDEN JURKIEWICZ had two hits.
