Pitman, NJ- Announced on Thursday afternoon by the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) office, Montclair State University indoor track and field saw seven of its student-athletes notch All-NJAC status for this season.

All-NJAC was determined by placements at the NJAC Championships. Montclair's All-NJAC spanned six different events.

MCKAY ALBY and CHLOE BRIJBAG led the way with Second Team All-NJAC spotlights, while MAILE O'NEILL, ABIGAIL CHURCHILL, MICEL MARTINEZ, KAELYN RODRIGUEZ, and AISHA GARCIA each received Honorable Mention All-NJAC status.

Alby earned her spot with her second-place finish in the 60-meter dash of 7.73. In the same event, O'Neill earned Honorable Mention with the same time, but finished just milliseconds after Alby to nab third place.

Brijbag notched Second Team All-NJAC in the shot put, where she earned a silver medal with a throw of 11.96m (39' 3").

Both Alby and O'Neill joined Rodriguez and Garcia in their Honorable Mention finish in the 4x200 relay. The quartet clocked a 1:44.22 to place third.

Alby continues to add to the impressive start to her collegiate career. She has now earned back-to-back Second Team recognition in the 60-meter and Honorable Mention recognition as a part of the 4x200 relay.

O'Neill saw her second-straight year as a part of the Honorable Mention All-NJAC team for the 4x200 relay. The rest of the student-athletes earn their first spots on the All-NJAC list.
