The following year he became the full-time starter and ran for 1,004 yards and nine touchdowns. He finished off his career in 1992 with 931 yards and six touchdowns. A four-time All-NJAC selection, Walker finished his career with a school record 3,603 yards rushing and 30 touchdowns while catching 83 passes for 645 more and three touchdowns.
